Dessert Inspiration: Banana Cream Pie



Sooooooo simple and really hit the happy spots on my taste buds...I consumed far more than I should have and will probably have some for breakfast tomorrow...my way for 2 pies: I used frozen Pillsbury pie shells already formed and in aluminum pans, baked these until slightly golden, let cool a little then threw in freezer to really cool; mixed together 2 packages of instant vanilla pudding per directions; cut up 8 bananas and mixed in with the pudding; whipped heavy cream; then took the crusts out of the freezer, filled them with custard/banana mixture and topped with whipped cream...
