am really loving my Leonardo DaVinci sleep pattern..he power napped every 4
hours and got up refreshed and ready to save the world through his art.
My sequence is to get up with my husband around 8 am, do chores and work,
take a nap for a couple of hours around 3 pm, then up to hang with
hubby and kids til midnight or 1ish. It works beautifully for us because I sleep at the times my husband sleeps or is at work and then am awake
with him. And I love life going on through the wee hours of the night -
long talks with children, video games and blogging, cuddling and
intimate chats with my hubby, late night movies in bed..awwww, the life!
