The Swim Dance: 2 "Dance" Moves


Back Float: great for therapeutic relaxation with an incorporated arm workout..I didn't realize until the other day how the back float can calm the mind and soul..it keeps my eyes on the sky and gently tones the arms and they move fluidly to keep me afloat..

Sitting Stroke: another great way to be able to chat with a friend and get a good arm workout..I got in the sitting position with my legs sticking straight out in front of me and my head poking out above the water. I kept myself afloat with strong strokes with my arms..it is actually really fun to try and keep myself from flipping on my back..
